A taste of Spain, a way of life.

Born and raised in Málaga, the southern province in Andalusia boarding the Mediterranean sea where the sun and good weather are its signs of identity. Growing up in Spain food is an undenaible factor in all families. It´s a big thing. Family members even extended family members join each other to have lunch or dinner. They enjoy numerous home cooked traditional plates togheter wile in the background there´s a lot of jaleo (noise of a bunch of people togheter that are having fun or laughing).

Deeply rooted in his traditions and authenticity is what Juan Luis reflects in his cuisine. Always looking for the best quality ingredients, with in his mind quality over quantity. A selection of Mediterranean products, togheter with some peculiar, surprise ingredients are at the hart of his cuisine. There is a playful, vibrant and fun space created where the room and food become one.

 Togheter with his daughter Maria and team he wants to keep this culinary and famous tradition of tapas alive. They want their guests to understand the culture around this style of dinning and let them experience this. This time is about socializing with friends and neighbors as it is about the quality of the food. Small portions enjoyed with many over some good vino or cerveza. A tapa is not a type of food, it’s a way of eating it, it’s a lifestyle. Take your time eating en enjoying life.
